Refund policy

We trust that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to the information below regarding our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase. Returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service via email at support@volucella.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send your return to the following address:

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return and assessing the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of four (4) days from the time we receive your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Used items
- Items that have been washed multiple times
