1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection of premium pet beds, furniture, and accessories, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your purchase safely and securely.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process and dispatch orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a short window after purchase. Please email support@volucella.com as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.

3. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a full breakdown of your purchase. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.


Shipping & Delivery

4. Do you deliver within the United Kingdom?

Yes. Volucella ships to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and wish to enquire about international delivery, please contact us at support@volucella.com.

5. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are also displayed at checkout and may vary by location.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can use this at any time to follow your parcel's progress.

7. Do you offer free delivery?

Email support@volucella.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

12. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to process the credit.
